Hello and welcome. My name is Lisa Wojciechowski. I am a Neutral Spine Exercise Specialist and the proud owner of the fitness and wellness consulting company known as Back 2 Core Training. Over the years I have developed the restorative functional fitness program called the Back 2 Core (B2C) Training Method. By employing this unique and bio-mechanically sound training program, I have successfully partnered with clients for over twenty years and have helped many of them achieve life changing levels of fitness and wellness. It is my mission to provide my clients with one of the most comprehensive, bio-mechanically correct, and effective, 21st century fitness training program available.
I have witnessed dramatic growth and many changes in the fitness industry over the past several years thanks to ongoing scientific research. Science is constantly discovering new and important information about the human body every day. I believe that it is essential that your workout regimen assists you in benefiting from this data.
