As a Top Graduate of the UCLA Fitness Instructor Certification Program with 17+ years of experience as a Neutral Spine Exercise Specialist, Fitness, Wellness and Nutritional Consultant, I believe that both you and your body deserve to train with the best the industry has to offer. I developed and perfected the “restorative” Back 2 Core (B2C) Training Method over the past decade in response to the alarming number of Athletic, Yoga, Sports, Pilates and “every day life” injuries I encounter as a fitness professional. Each client is evaluated and then taught correct spine biomechanics and safe exercise progressions prior to loading. The B2C Method produces “Game & Life Changing” results!
